The human hair extensions sets are colored using a multi-tonal adapting technique. This means that lighter and darker strands of the same color (basically high-lights and low-lights) are combined to ensure perfect blending, depth, and dimension. The lifespan of human hair extensions and wigs varies based on several factors, including how well they are maintained, and how often they are worn.

• Clip-in hair extensions: 3 to 6 months
• Tape-in hair extensions: re-taped in 4–8 weeks and can be reused up to 3 times.
• Wigs: 6 months - 1 year

Tips for Extending the Lifespan of Wigs and Extensions:

• Use Gentle Products: Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners specifically designed for human hair wigs and extensions.
• Minimize Heat Styling: Excessive use of heat tools can damage the hair, so it's best to limit their use and always apply a heat protectant.
• Regular Maintenance: Regularly brush and detangle the hair and follow specific care instructions.

All our extensions are 100% Human Hair, which means that you can style them as you would your own hair. That being said, since they lack the nourishment from the scalp unlike your own hair, it is important to use sulfate-free shampoos and deep conditioners and hair masks to keep them soft and silky.

If you use hot tools, such as a blow dryer, a curling iron, or a hair straightener, be sure to apply heat protectants beforehand to make sure that no damage is done to the extensions.

All our extensions are 100% Human hair, which means they can be styled just like your own hair with any hot tools. But like with any human hair, too much heat can dry it out, so we recommend using a heat protectant prior to any heat styling and trying to use the devices on a minimum to medium heat level.

Kindly note that using heat tools on curly/kinky extensions is not recommended!

Our extensions should be washed around every 10-20 wears or when there is too much build-up of products and they become unmanageable to style. It really all depends on how long they are being worn and how much product is being used on them.

A great alternative to keep them fresh between washes is to apply dry shampoo and brush them thoroughly, to avoid drying them out and getting them tangled.  

When washing them, keep in mind to always use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners and to moisturize them well, so they remain soft and silky for a longer time.

There are different types of hair extensions and some can cause damage, like the more permanent types of extensions (pre-bonded, heat fusion, skin weft,  micro-link or micro-bead hair, etc).

Clip-in extensions and tape-in extensions, on the other hand, are perfectly safe: the clip-ins are temporary and do no harm when applied and taken out each day, and tape-ins use medicinal glue when added which is safe for your hair.

All Human Hair extensions can be colored. However, our hair extensions have been previously treated and chemically processed. If you must color the hair extensions, we recommend purchasing a slightly lighter color than what you are looking for and using a semi or permanent color to darken the hair color to match your own shade. It is not recommended to bleach the hair to go lighter, as this can cause irreparable damage to the hair extensions.

Another alternative to dyeing the hair extensions is toning them. If you are looking for a neutral shade of blonde, tone your blonde hair extensions with purple shampoo until you get the desired results. Kindly note that coloring curly/kinky extensions is not recommended!

Hair extensions are a great way to add volume to thin hair and the best solution for clipping extensions in fine hair is our Invisible line.

The Invisible sets come with a silicone band that is 50% thinner than the base of the classic extensions, which makes them virtually undetectable in fine hair. As a bonus, they are so lightweight you won’t even be able to tell you to have them in.

If you are growing out your hair or regret a bad haircut, hair extensions can help you with that boost of confidence you need by giving you the option of applying any weft lengths in your short hair. 

Just make sure you figure out the perfect positioning of the wefts for your needs and thoroughly brush or curl all the hair together for that perfect blending.

If you are working out on a daily basis, you can leave your extensions in and put them in a high ponytail or bun during your exercise routine.

In case you are practicing more challenging sports, our recommendation is to take the clip-ins out while you exercise and apply them back in when you’re done. This way, you’re making sure you don’t expose them to tearing and tangling or too much humidity, which will enhance their lifespan in the long run.

Yes, you can, but we recommend that you always wear a swimming cap. Chlorine and saltwater can dry out the hair. After swimming, it is best to wash the hair thoroughly with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, thoroughly brush it to get rid of any knots and tangles and then let it air dry.

Sleeping with your hair extensions in is not recommended, as they can get tangled during sleep, causing tears and knots.

The advantage of clip in hair extensions is that they are so easy to clip in and out, so there will be no issue in removing them before going to bed.

Yes, we do! For all US customers, we offer Klarna as a payment option, which allows you to divide the price into 4 equal re-payments with no interest. Please note that this could be subject to a credit check. For customers outside the US we highly recommend getting in touch with your bank to check if they have any finance options available for you.

Klarna is an alternative payment provider that you can use to buy a product in several installments. If you use Klarna to make purchases from our online store 4 equal interest-free payments will be collected every two weeks from the card you provide at purchase.

Exchanges/returns are free for the US and no extra fees will apply. To exchange/return your product, first contact our Customer Service team at help@irresistibleme.com, and they will generate a pre-paid shipping label for you. After that, simply ship it back in its original box, clearly untouched, unworn, and odor-free within 30 days from the day it was delivered.

Please note that all hair that has been used can't be exchanged/refunded.

Every package comes with a test 2-clip OR 1-clip weft in a different section of the plastic packaging. Only this section can be opened and tried on to see if the color and length are in line with what you need. Please use this sample to make sure you want to keep the product, before opening the whole set. Keep in mind that you cannot dye the sample, style it, cut it or change its appearance in any way. Once you open the big section of the plastic packaging, you will not be able to send the product back for an exchange or refund.

Yes! You can return your product within 30 days from the date it was delivered, and as soon as we receive your package and make sure the exchange/return policy hasn't been breached, we will fully refund you with no delay. In addition, a full refund will be provided to the original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the seal of the hair extensions was not tampered with. Please allow up to 30 days for an exchange or return package to be processed.

Returns from the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories) are free.

Returns and Exchanges from outside the U.S. are NOT currently offered a free pre-paid return label. Therefore, shipping costs of returns and exchanges from outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer. 

You can track the status of your return on the USPS website using the tracking number from your pre-paid label that we've previously sent by e-mail.

As soon as we receive your return and inspect it to make sure all our return/exchange conditions have been met, we will notify you by e-mail and then you can tell us whether you want an exchange or a full refund.

After your first purchase, you'll be charged $39.90 / month which becomes $39.90 store credit unless you CANCEL or PAUSE your membership. Store credit can be used to shop anytime and expires after 12 months.
